Over the coming weeks and months, additional training materials will be made available to help individuals and organisations plan for the introduction of the PVG Scheme. These will include a modular training package and an assessment tool to help employers to determine whether a post is within the scope of the PVG Scheme.
Presentation
This presentation provides an overview of the PVG Scheme that is established by the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The presentation, which includes slides and speakers notes, is designed to give organisations and those individuals who do regulated work for them a better understanding of the PVG Scheme.
