The aim of this module is to explain the processes Disclosure Scotland will follow when considering individuals for listing on the children’s and/or adults’ lists.

The module covers the following areas:

• What can trigger Disclosure Scotland to consider listing an individual?
• The consideration process
• Who is notified about the consideration for listing decision
• What is the impact of being considered for listing

The module should take 15 – 20 minutes to complete
