The aim of this module is to provide specific training for countersignatories on issues which relate to their obligations to comply with legislation and the Code of Practice. As a countersignatory, you should also complete modules 1-9.

The module covers the following areas:

• Code of Practice
• Types of Disclosures
• Application forms and common errors
• Checking the identity of applicants
• Handling and storage of disclosure information
• Offences

This module should take around 20 minutes to complete.
