What about "absolute discharge" or "not proven"?
Absolute Discharge will automatically be disclosed as a conviction on Basic and Standard levels of Disclosure although in respect of Basics this will depend on the rehabilitation rules. For Enhanced Disclosures, any record with an Absolute Discharge is referred to the relevant Police Force and it will determine whether or not to disclose this as additional information to the Registered Body.
Not Proven is not disclosed.
