Does Disclosure Scotland disclose offences dealt with at Juvenile Courts?
Supervision Orders (e.g. from Childrens Panels, Courts, etc.) held on Central Records (e.g. the Scottish Criminal History System) will be disclosed on Standard and Enhanced Disclosures. They will not be disclosed on Basic Disclosures.
This excludes instances where the individual was subject to a supervision order because he/she was a child in need of care and protection (e.g. where the child was taken into care for his/her own safety).
